Fit a keypad to the gate or front door and send each guest their own PIN code before arrival. Delete it after checkout, and the next guest gets a new one. Some systems can schedule codes to work only during the booking, so you don’t have to remember to remove them.
Yes. A self-closing hinge combined with an electric lock means the gate shuts and locks every time someone walks through. Residents open it with a tag, code or remote. It’s a simple upgrade that keeps baboons and uninvited visitors out when people forget to close the gate.
A standalone ZKTeco or Hikvision reader on the staff or stockroom door is usually enough. If you have several doors or want entry reports, a networked Paxton or Suprema system is easier to manage. We recommend based on your doors and staff numbers.
Weather-rated keypads and readers with sealed cabling handle coastal conditions well. Cheap indoor units fail quickly outside, often within a season.
