We delete their codes from the receiver so they stop working. For holiday lets, it helps to keep a record of which remote went to which guest, so lost ones can be removed individually. On receivers that can’t do that, we clear the memory and recode the remotes you still hold.

Yes. We code remotes for residents and can upgrade the receiver to one that holds more users and makes managing them easier. For larger buildings in Sea Point and Green Point, we can also look at code-hopping remotes combined with access control.
Usually, yes. If both motors have compatible receivers, we code each button to a different door, and a third button can run a pedestrian gate. If they don’t match, we can fit an external receiver or upgrade one. We check what’s installed first and recommend the simplest option.
